29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Construction site, Wing C1 northeast corner- On or about October 4, 2018, an employee completing installation of trusses worked from the truss ceiling joist and wall top plate of the second floor without utilizing any form of fall protection, exposing him to fall hazards to the interior and exterior of the structure ranging from 10 to 22 feet.  b) Construction site, Wing C1 west side - On or about October 4, 2018, two employees completing installation of trusses worked from the trusses, truss ceiling joists, and top plate of the second floor without utilizing any form of fall protection, exposing them to fall hazards at the interior of the structure of more than 10 feet.
