On or about October 10, 2018, in the fabrication shop at 110 Petrochem Drive Minden, LA, the Employer allowed employees to store 55 gallon drums of acetone and other class 3 flammable liquids next to and blocking egress points from the building.    Instance 1: 55 gallon drum of acetone in the middle of bay door closest to office trailer.    Instance 2: west side bay door has large pile of flammable liquids stored next to egress point

A large number of containers and quantity of flammable liquids was observed piled in an area next to the door in a wide open area.

A large number of containers and quantity of flammable liquids was observed piled in an area next to the door in a wide open area. This includes next to the support beams and wall of the warehouse.
