Main Shop: On or about October 10, 2018, and at time prior, employees were exposed to eye injuries and skin injuries from airborne particulate matter and chemicals including, but not limited to Trichloroethylene, respectively, without having had a hazard evaluation to assess the workplace for the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that would be required to prevent injury.
