29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Stockroom: On or about October 11, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a health hazard, in that the stockroom contained open boxes of product such as but not limited to pet food, mayonnaise and juice on the floor. The room was not maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
