29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the construction site located at 5500 Providence Hill Dr in Saint Joseph, Missouri: Employee engaged in lighting rod installation activities was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet from the edge of the level he was working on to the exterior ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.
