29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: Worksite located at 1014 SE Blue Parkway, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees as well as the superintendent were exposed to impalement hazards from protruding reinforcing steel (rebar) and were not guarded to eliminate the impalement hazards.
