29 CFR 1910.29(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that a minimum finger clearance of 2.25 inches (5.7 cm) was maintained between handrails and any other object: a) Adjacent to Loading Dock at 700 North King Street, Wilmington, Delaware - Observed on or about 16 OCT 2018, the employer allowed the handrail to be mounted with a finger clearance of approximately one and a half (1.5) inches from a wall exposing employees to falls when climbing the stairs.
