29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about October 11, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from hazards such as but not limited to point of operation and rotating parts of equipment such as but not limited to the Bullard Vertical Lathe (Assets 2647, 2591, 2573, 2346, 1130, 1132, 1131, 1127, 2345, 1128, 1124, 1929 and 1129), the Frauenthal CNC Grinder (Assets 1159 and 1150) and the Devlieg Horizontal Mill (Assets 1136, 1698, 1137 and 1141.
