29 CFR 1910.133(a)(5): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used equipment with filter lenses that had a shade number appropriate for the work being performed for protection from injurious light radiation: a) Plasma tables: Employees wore regular safety glasses while cutting metal pieces that where the arc was visible, on or about October 10, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
