29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, or in a sanitary condition:  At 6240 McKissock Avenue, St. Louis, MO, on 10/16/18, the walking working surfaces and all places of employment in the following departments were not kept clean, orderly, or in a sanitary condition:  a/  The Bio Tipper located inside of the Bio Department contained biological waste while in storage.  b/  Numerous flexible cords were strewn about on the floor inside of the Waste Water Area.  c/  Black hoses were strewn about on the floor inside of the Compactor Area.  d/  Medical waste was on the floor adjacent to the compactor inside of the Compactor Area.  e/  Wire and cardboard were on the floor adjacent to the compactor inside of the Compactor Area.  f/   Medical waste was on the floor adjacent to the Clave Conveyor.  g/  Components of a broken clave drain housing are on the floor inside of the Clave Dock Area.  h/  Wire strewn about the floor inside of the Warehouse.
