29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein: 1) Kennel Areas: On or about October 12, 2018, the employer exposed employees to a skin irritation, in that a permanent spray bottle was not properly labeled with the content therein. Parvo is used in spray bottles to sanitize and clean the animal kennels.
