All debris shall be kept clear from work areas and passageways in and around buildings and other structures:     a) Scaffold in location of Qdoba Mexican Restaurant, 1001 East Broadway Street, Missoula, MT: On or about October 12, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to slip / trip hazards while working adjacent to and under the erected scaffold from debris.

29 CFR 1926.451(h)(1):  Each employee on a scaffold was not provided with additional protection from falling hand tools, debris, and other small objects through the installation of toe boards, screens, guardrail systems, or through the erection of debris nets, catch platforms, or canopy structures that contained or deflected the falling objects:     a) Scaffold in location of Qdoba Mexican Restaurant, 1001 East Broadway Street, Missoula, MT: On or about October 12, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working adjacent to and under the scaffold structure.
