On or about 10/08/2018, at 2631 NE 5th Street, Pompano Beach, Florida 33062, an employee was exposed to a drowning hazard while cleaning the backyard of a residential property in close proximity to a 6-foot deep pool. b. On or about 10/08/2018, at 2631 NE 5th Street, Pompano Beach, Florida 33062, an employee was exposed to a drowning hazard while removing debris from the dock in close proximity to a 10-foot deep canal.
