29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    1. On or about October 16, 2018 at the CNC shop, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while operating a Powermatic cross-cut saw that did not have an adjusting hood enclosing the blade.    2. On or about October 16, 2018 at the assembler shop, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while operating a Powermatic cross-cut saw  that did not have an adjusting hood enclosing the blade.
