OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from crushing hazards:  (a) Jobsite, 289 Dales Road, Indiana, PA:  On or about October 3, 2018 structural integrity was not maintained during the erection of a garage causing it to collapse.  The walls were not adequately designed and braced to withstand the load/materials placed upon it.  The walls of the structure collapsed while an employee was positioned inside the structure.  The employee was trapped under the roof and trusses and sustained paralyzing spinal injuries.
