29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(i): Electrical equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was to be mounted: A.) Construction Services of Pennsylvania, LLC - On or about 10/16/18, and at times prior thereto, an electrical outlet box was dangling from the hole in which it was installed. The outlet was not secured into place with screws to prevent it from falling out of the wall hole. The outlet was powering a soda vending machine.
