29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a. 2055 Avalon Parkway, McDonough, GA - The employer failed to notify the Atlanta-East OSHA office of an in-patient hospitalization/broken right arm within 24 hours of being admitted. The employee was admitted as an in-patient on October 13, 2018 was not reported to the OSHA Area Office until October 16, 2018.
