29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):    Jobsite: On or about October 17, 2018 and at times prior thereto a Personal Protective Equipment assessment of the truck wash operation was not performed to determine if hazards were present which required the use of PPE to protect body parts, such as, but not limited to; eye, face, hand, arm and feet from corrosive materials including but not limited to Wire Wheel Cleaner (pH 1) and Invader Degreaser (pH 13).
