29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about 10/17/2018, at the construction site, an employee working at a height of 16 feet installing metal flashing on a 3.9:12 pitched roof was not using a fall protection system. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of 16 feet.  b) On or about 10/17/2018, at the construction site, employees working at heights of 7.5 feet installing wood sheeting on a 3.9:12 pitched roof were not using a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 7.5 feet.  Alliance Group Contracting Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331113, citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 482 SW Jeanne Ave., Port St. Lucie, FL 34953.
