29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.    On 10/17/2018, Lovos Contracting LLC was replacing roofing materials on a residential building located at 3915 Bellvue Drive in St. Peters, MO.  The owner and three employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems while removing roofing materials from the roof.    Lovos Contracting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1245477, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 7/12/2017, and was affirmed as a final order on 8/21/2017, with respect to a workplace located a residential building located at 508 North Highway 47 in Warrenton, MO.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  On 10/17/2018, Lovo's Contracting LLC was replacing roofing materials on a residential building located at 3915 Bellvue Drive in St. Peters, MO.  The owner and three employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems while removing roofing materials from the roof.  The employees were not able to recognize fall hazards and the procedures necessary to reduce or eliminate hazards.
