One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) Pre-forming pill machine area: On or about October 12, 2018, and at times prior thereto; the employer did not ensure to protect employees from coming in contact with ingoing pinch point while unjam pills on the Preforming pill machines.
