29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: Beecher & Myers Co., Inc. - The Nederman S 1000 dust collector used to collect dust from the Schilling panel saw located inside the facility contained fugitive dust outside the dust collection system due to a hole where the duct and motor meets, on or about October 18, 2018. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
