29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): Section 604 G. 3., American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks, as adopted by 29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): On all grades the load and load engaging means were not tilted back, if applicable, and were not raised only as far as necessary to the clear the road surface while travelling in a powered industrial truck: (a) Location - 299 Lexington Street, Woburn, MA: On or about October 18, 2018, the load engaging means of a rough terrain forklift were not raised only as far as necessary to clear the road surface while traveling unloaded in reverse upgrade.
