29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):   a.)    On October 17, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from caught by hazards when operating the blue encapsulated arbor brushes. Employees are required to place certain metal parts onto the brushes to deflash excess rubber inside holes while wearing gloves and are exposed to caught by hazards from the rotating brush.
