29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about October 16, 2018, in the front of the building located at 700 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach Florida 33139, an employee was doing touch up work for restoration on the ledge of a building without any type of fall protection, exposing him to a fall hazard of 12 feet.
