OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Rick's Restaurant, Kitchen: A liquid petroleum gas supply line was not properly capped. This condition exposed employees to a fire hazard. On October 11, 2018 while employees were attempting to light the pilot lights on kitchen appliances a flash fire occurred. Both employees were transported and hospitalized with 2nd Degree burns.
