Lemon Fresh Disinfectant Cleaner;   2. Keystone Multi-Quat Sanitizer;    3. Floor Cleaner & Degreaser.    TJ Fats, LLC dba Fat Shack was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1329034, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 8/9/18, with respect to a workplace located at 1635 8th Ave. Greeley, CO 80631.
