An employee was exposed to corrosive chemical hazards (Spartan M95 hydrochloric acid cleaner, pH less than 1) when cleaning lavatory fixtures and/or surfaces. Suitable eyewash facilities were not available. These conditions were noted on or about 10/23/2018.
