29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by  guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)SMART Pawn Dakotas, LLC dba First National Pawn at 115 North Street, Rapid City, SD 57701:  On or about and at times prior to October 17, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards. Employees were accessing and walking on an interior ledge or mezzanine, which was 9 feet from the store floor, with unprotected edges. This condition exposed employees to a  9 foot fall hazard.
