29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): (2) The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided. (a) Back shop and warehouse - On or about September 5, 2018 and at times prior to employees were exposed to a slip and fall hazard due to water leaking from the roof onto the floor during painting operations.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck (except for training purposes), the employer shall ensure that each operator has successfully completed the training required by this paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5). (a) Coastal Millworks of Savannah, Inc. - On or about October 5, 2015 the employer did not ensure industrial truck operator was trained properly prior to operating a Hyundai 35C-7R Forklift.
