29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment shall be kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows: (a) Office - On or about October 18, 2018 workplace was not maintained clean. Rodent droppings were present on top of and on floor around air vent for HVAC system. Filter grills for HVAC system were caked with dust and grime. Visible mold was on present on wall outside of restroom near baseboard. Acceptance Insurance Agency of Tennessee, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1253019, Citation 1, Item 1, issued on October 30, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1901 S. Harper Road Ste F Corinth, MS 38834 which became a final order on .

29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Enclosed workplace(s) were not so constructed, equipped, and maintained to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, or other vermin: (a) Office - On or about October 18, 2018 employees were exposed to vermin and there droppings. Droppings were on top of and on floor around air vent for HVAC system that controlled climate in the office. There is an opening at the bottom left corner of the roll-up door and the bottom of the rear exit door did not reach the floor leaving openings for rodents, insects and other vermin to enter at will. Acceptance Insurance Agency of Tennessee, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection #1253019, Citation 1, Item 2, issued on October 30, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1901 S.
