29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 10/22/2018, at the worksite located at 1180 NW State Road 7, Lauderhill, Florida 33313 (Lauderhill Shopping Center), an employee who was not attached to the basket of an aerial lift, was exposed to an approximate 15-foot fall hazard while applying stucco to the building and was not attached to the basket of an aerial lift.
