Due to this condition, employees were potentially exposed to impact injuries caused from falling material and/or equipment.

Bartolazzi Homes LLC worksite located 268 Paddy Ct., Wrightstown, Wisconsin: On or about October 22, 2018, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from eye injuries while installing sheathing on single story residential structure using pneumatic nailers. Due to this condition, employees were potentially exposed to impact injuries caused from ricochets from the pneumatic nailer.

The employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 12 feet eve height from a sloped roof.
