29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Only stable or safely arranged loads shall be handled. Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered. This violation occurred on or about October 17, 2018, when at least three employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when lifting a trailer with a fork truck that was not equipped with the proper attachment to prevent trailer movement.
