This exposed employees to a fall hazard of twelve feet. (b) Employee(s) erecting Guard rails around the outside edge of the 2nd floor storage platform (mezzanine) with two (2) unprotected edges, were not protected from falling to the lower level during construction and application of the rail system. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of twelve feet.
