29 CFR 1926.250(b)(8)(iii): Lumber was not stacked so as to be stable and self-supporting: On or about 10/19/18, at the construction site located at St. Tropez Office Tower, 100 Sunny Isles Blvd. Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, the employer failed to store lumber of different dimension (16 ft x 1 in x 4 over 16 ft x 2 in x 4 in) appropriately, while an employee removed lumber from the storage location; thus exposing the employee to crushing hazard.
