29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): All traffic regulations shall be observed, including authorized plant speed limits. A safe distance shall be maintained approximately three truck lengths from the truck ahead, and the truck shall be kept under control at all times. On October 2, 2018, a Yale sit-down forklift operator did not see another employee while operating forward into an aisle way in the warehouse. As a result, the load struck a stand-up power Walkie which struck the employee.
