29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about 10/24/2018, Multipac, Inc., located at 1010 Portwest Drive, St. Charles, MO, did not have specific procedures to control hazardous energy. The following is a list of equipment which had more than one energy source and required such procedures: The Wectron 6 Color press (230 V electrics and 40 psi pneumatics; The Webtron 5 Color press (230 V electrics and 75 psi pneumatics); and The PCMC 9 Color press (230 V electrics and approximate 75 psi pneumatics).
