Where this protection is not available, other approved automatic extinguishing equipment shall be provided. a) Armor Consolidated Inc., located in Lebanon Ohio, on or about October 24, 2018, the employer did not ensure that all spray areas used for spraying, including the interior of the booth were protected by an automatic sprinkler system or other approved automatic extinguishing equipment, in that the employer only had fire extinguisher(s) available. Employees working in the line powder booth were exposed to a explosion/fire hazard while working with POWDURA TGIC polyester Powder Coating. b) Armor Consolidated Inc., located in Lebanon Ohio, on or about October 24, 2018, the employer did not ensure that all spray areas used for spraying, including the interior of the booth were protected by an automatic sprinkler system or other approved automatic extinguishing equipment, in that the employer only had fire extinguisher(s) available. The equipment shall carry a prominent permanently installed warning regarding the necessity for this grounding feature. a) Armor Consolidated Inc., located in Lebanon Ohio, on or about October 24, 2018, the employer did not ensure that all objects in the spraying area were grounded. An employee working in the batch paint booth in the back of the facility was exposed to a fire explosion hazard while powder coating equipment that was not grounded.
