On or about October 25, 2018 employees engaged in roofing work were using an electric circular saw to cut material without the use of eye protection. Samuel Asencio was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1304218, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8817 Rainbow Dr. Odessa, TX 79761.
