29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about October 25, 2018, employees installing roof sheathing on a commercial rooftop at a height greater than six feet were doing so without fall protection.     Mellin Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1340491, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 09/05/2018, and was affirmed final order on 10/16/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2296 Riverside Drive, Beloit, WI 53511.
