29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  a) Work site was located at 4810 Aschoff Place, North Bergen, NJ 07047  The employer did not provide abatement certification for inspection number 1355892 as indicated below:  1) Citation 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.100(a) which was issued on December 4, 2018. Abatement for this item was due December 17, 2018.  Employer received citations on January 14, 2019.  Violation was observed on or about June 20, 2018.

Violation was observed on or about June 20, 2018.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  a) Work site was located at 4810 Aschoff Place, North Bergen, NJ 07047  An employee was exposed to fall hazards as he was performing masonry work from a scaffold that was not fully planked exposing him to a fall of at least seven feet.  Violation was observed on or about June 20, 2018.

Violation was observed on or about June 20, 2018.
