29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    (a) Throughout the facility; Initial hazard communication training was not provided to employee(s) to inform them of the hazards associated with chemical exposure including, but not limited to, respirable dust, Portland Cement, and mortar colors which contained iron oxide.     Silvermine Stone Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1229840, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as final order on July 13, 2017, with respect to the workplace located at 2728 Davey Street in Eau Claire, WI.
