29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about 10/25/2018, Location: Roof of building #8; 1) Two employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards up to 3 stories high while working on the roof wearing their harnesses without being tied off to a safety lanyard or other adequate anchoring point. There was no safety net system or guardrail system on the roof.
