A.G.'s Imperial Construction and Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1284254, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 18, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1165 Sylvia Aguilar, El Paso, TX 79928.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill, the employer shall retrain the affected employee: On or about October 25, 2018, employees engaged in roofing operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet due to inadequacies in their fall protection training.
