29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: International Inc. dba Albert Manufacturing USA, Gainesville, GA - On or about 10/26/2018, employees used hazardous chemical products such as but not limited to Ethyl acetate and Zep Multi Clean Green. The information and training provided was not effective to employees as required by the hazard communication standard. Training did not include specific information of the chemicals, including their names and hazards associated, that the employees could potentially be exposed to.
