29 CFR 1926.502(b)(3): Guardrail system was not capable of withstanding, without failure, a force of at least 200 pounds (890 N) applied within 2 inches (5.1 cm) of the top edge, in any outward or downward direction, at any point along the top edge. On 9/18/2018, an employee of Elliott Electrical, Inc. working at 2100 Pure Street, Saint Peters, MO 63376, fell from the third floor breezeway when the guardrail system collapsed sending the worker falling to the ground below.
