29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Breakroom/Kitchen Area: On or about 10/25/2018, a re-locatable power tap, designed and listed for being used with high concentrations of low powered loads was instead used with high powered loads such as, microwave and mini-fridge. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Notice Citation #002, Item 001, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards where equipment such as a microwave and mini-fridge was plugged into a re-locatable power tap. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on 04/11/2018, Inspection #1296425, with respect to a workplace located at 8775 Technology Way, Reno, NV 89521 which became a final order on 05/08/2018.
