On or about October 27, 2018 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were using pneumatic nail guns and were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with eye injuries. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
