29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges are under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) At 9809 Millwood Circle, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about October 26, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed her employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing her employees to a fall hazard of 19.6 feet to the concrete floor below.
